Let me start by saying our guide Diego was wonderful. We had such a great time with him! Everything was very organized, clean and safe. My husband and I loved everything can't wait to visit again.

Fun excursion!

This was a really memorable excursion! My husband and I booked it because we liked the variety of events offered. Just to note- it is about an hour away from the hotel strip in Cancun, so if that is where you are staying, plan ahead for the travel time. Our tour guide's name was Mary, and she was fantastic! She was very energetic and witty, and made the day fun. We started with ATVing, which my husband (being the leadfoot/daredevil that he is) LOVED- we shared an ATV and I'm glad we did, because I honestly would have been terrified to drive- the terrain is super rocky. We then got bussed to a cenote, which was FANTASTIC! Definitely use the rope to jump into the water, you won't regret it! Then, we returned to the original location for a few zip lines (not scary at all- very much so for beginners- although they gave you the option to zipline upside down which was a neat experience) and then had lunch. Lunch was slightly disappointing, as there were only 2 small tacos included with the excursion. If you have a big appetite, bring extra money to purchase more food. There was an option to purchase pictures, but we didn't because the cheapest option was $70USD. Overall, we are happy with this excursion!

Subpar at best

Ok, where do I start? I 'll go with the easiest first. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The activities were cool but the process from start to finish was an unorganized mess. Although it says 4 hours, plan to be there 6 hours maybe more. Transportation picked us up promptly at 7:45am, we arrived at the location at 9:30am. Much time was spent waiting around. The Tequila tasting was first. Cenote swim started around 11:30am in which we stayed for about 20 mins (waited about 10 for Transportation). We arrived back at the park around 12 and completed ziplining (advertised 5 but was only 3) and the ATV tour. They advertise double ATV's however they were all singles. The ATV was very uncomfortable for two people and can be a death trap waiting to happen for the person in the back if your not careful. We were done with everything about 12:50pm. They had some free tacos (I didn't indulge) while we waited for Transportation back to the hotel that took almost an hour. Overall, it was just ok for me.

Worst tour ever.

We are an extremely adventurous, athletic middle aged couple who were excited about this tour. The reality was we were put into a group of twentysomethings with zero experience riding ATV's. Their inept driving ability combined with the trails having no maintenance, with huge rocks and ruts, forcing the group to constantly stop and wait while the newbies stalled their ATV, or high centered on rocks. My spouse had to repeatedly help restart and/or push ATV's that were stalled ahead of us so much that we felt that we should have been paid for babysitting. Since we went as a couple, we were not allowed to each drive an ATV, but rather I had to sit on the back of an ATV that was designed for a solo driver while trying to hang on as we drove over the miserable, rocky terrain, yet we paid the same as the solo, inexperienced drivers who each got their own ATV? The tour confirmation states to add 30 minutes travel time either way, but it was 1.5 hrs each way on the shuttle. Zip lines are always fun, but they were all very short. Much of the time is spent waiting around while they try to upsell you on buying jewelry, or overpriced tequila, etc. Lockers are available, but at the inflated price of $5 with a $5 deposit. At the end, the "lunch" that is included consists of two tortillas with some bland meat and a bottle of water. If you want any condiments or flavor, that's an additional charge. At least another hour was wasted while we waited for the food, and then waited while the photographer went from table to table trying to sell their overpriced photo package. We left our hotel at 12:15 pm and got back to the hotel after 6pm, yet actual activity time (including only 20 min at the cenote) was about an hour. Not only do we want our money back, we feel that we should have been paid for our time.......it was that bad.
