This full-day air, land, and water adventure—from the Grand Canyon South Rim to Antelope Canyon and beyond—begins at Grand Canyon National Park Airport with a pilot meet and greet. Then it’s a scenic flight over the Grand Canyon’s East Rim, the Colorado River, and Lake Powell to Page, Arizona.

At Page Municipal Airport, meet an American Indian tour guide who leads an expedition in a 4x4 vehicle to Antelope Canyon, a stunning slot canyon on Navajo land east of Page. Proceed through a tunnel to the starting point for a rafting trip. 

Break for a picnic-style lunch (sandwich, chips, cookie, fruit, and bottled water) in a souvenir cooler bag before boarding a motorized raft to float along the Colorado River. Pass through the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area as the guide talks about the history and geology of the region.

Finally, board a van or coach for the drive back to the Grand Canyon. Pass through the Navajo Nation and stop at the popular Cameron Trading Post for southwest Native American jewelry, arts, and crafts on the way.

This Grand Canyon tour concludes back at Grand Canyon National Park Airport.

Tours that include food and/or beverage service will be limited to packaged items and distributed by employees with gloves and appropriate protective equipment.

We only had two nights, wanted to maximize our visit. The airplane ride was beautiful almost felt like we were in a helicopter… Antelope Canyon tour was off the charts! The boat ride was so beautiful. All the stuff very friendly! We would do this again even if we had weeks in the area!

BEWARE - Viator Customer Service is HORRIBLE

I’m sure this tour is wonderful but we wouldn’t know. The tour operator called us 15 minutes prior to us being at the airport to cancel the entire tour. (Due to mechanical issue with the plane) This was July 5th, holiday weekend. After multiple calls, we were offered a complimentary 45 helicopter ride. Only to find out ,afterwards, the tour company and Viator were in dispute about the “complementary” part, so we were charged almost $1,000 for a 45 helicopter ride...not the 12.5 hour tour. Multiple calls to both Grand Canyon airport and Viator, neither company honored their commitment. HORRIBLE customer service from Viator. Unacceptable and we will no longer be doing business with this Viator. (We’ve gone through Viator in multiple countries...until this disappointing experience) please find another company to book your adventure.

This is a fantastic trip. Our pilot, Jack, was funny and very informative during our flight over the canyon. The Antelope Canyon was worth the price of the whole trip. Our guide, Rico, went above and beyond at helping us get the best shots and giving us background and incidental information about the canyon. We were delivered to Justin for our trip down the Colorado. He was really nice and not rushed at all. It was really hot and he would pull into shaded areas whenever he found them. Our trip started early so we managed to avoid the crowds. Antelope Canyon is very busy between 9 and 3. As we were coming out it was getting crowded. It was nice not having to deal with driving and finding parking. We considered it well worth the money. The only real negative was the boat ride was a bit long. It could be run a bit quicker to shorten the time in the summer.

Family Trip Cancelled Day Before Excursion

This excursion was cancelled 13 hours before our family of 5 was to take this trip to kick off our vacation at the Grand Canyon. Viator had our trip cost money of over $2,000 since April and we had actually received a confirmation ticket on Thursday before our trip was to take place on Monday. No really good explanation for the trip cancellation was given except the plane needed maintenance. Why did Viator/Grand Canyon Airlines not know this on Thursday before the trip confirmation ticket was sent to us. Viator booked this excursion through Grand Canyon Airlines and the Airlines called us to cancel. They did not even offer to try and accommodate us with other excursions that would fit into the time we were at the Grand Canyon. So we as a family had to jump through hoops to try and book excursions to make up for this cancellation. Viator still had my money a week after the trip had been cancelled. Through several phone calls and firm language, we finally got an e-mail verifying that the refund had been initiated. There was no communication on this cancellation between Grand Canyon Airlines and Viator so what kind of partnership and customer service and follow up is that -- bad! Needless to say -- we will not be booking with Viator or Grand Canyons Airlines in the future.

We had a great time. Keep in mind that you will have to leave sharp objects at home for security checks before the boat ride. Everyone was nice and the trip was well organized.

Great experience except for the last 3 1/2 hours - the bus ride from Lee's Ferry back to South Rim Airport. For some reason the bus driver, Gigi, felt it more important to take up the front seats with her hand bag and clipboard. I politely asked is she could move her things to the seat immediately behind her but she refused. My wife and I desired the front seats so we could have a better view for our trip back to the airport but Gigi refused to move her things. It's unfortunate that she felt her clipboard was more important than her customers. Where we had a great time with the balance of the trip, this act alone left us with a feeling of disappointment. Since we host family and friends every year, I estimate approx. $6,000 in lost revenue annually for this company since we will look elsewhere in the future. One rotten apple spoiled the bunch.

Great way to do a lot in a short space of time

We booked this tour as we had limited time in the Grand Canyon and it offered the chance to do a variety of activities. The plane ride is a great way to get a sense of scale of the Grand Canyon, though it was slightly windy the day we went so a bit bumpy. We found Antelope Canyon fascinating and our guide managed to help us get great pictures. I think we also got there at the right time as it wasn't too busy as we went through but when we were leaving it was getting very busy. After Antelope Canyon we were driven to the raft center to get our safety briefing and lunch. This was the only lull in the day as we were kept waiting for almost an hour. It was worth it though as the river rafting was worth it. Very relaxing and our tour guide River Dan was great with lots of interesting stories and facts. A long day but it was a great way to make the most of our time at the Grand Canyon.
