Could have been a great experience

Great Museum but they should specify that 50% of the museum is a separate admission traveling from out of town and very unclear on specifications. Visited the museum at 3pm didn’t have enough time for the other admissions because we didn’t plan for the different line and show wait times.

Enjoyable visit to Houston Museum, at a discount.

Way to go to have the opportunity to visit a good Museum with a great collection of artifacts and displays. Viator offered a means to get a discount on the standard rate charge. Brochure was readily used and no hassles experienced. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future

It was ok I thought it was going to be more interactive. The body exhibition was nice but needed more interaction.

Nice displays, a bit chaotic and overcrowded at the lunch area. Love the raw semiprecious stone collection

All the museum was good for all ages.

Loved the dinosaur display, but it was kind of dark to read the placards. Also, there was no one around to ask questions of, like how much of the dinosaur bones were real and how much were recreated.

Good but needs dusting and be mindful of photos
Christina_B
, Jul 2022
For the dino exhibit to be labeled the largest exhibit in North America, I expected a bit more, but the self tour was great. Security should be mindful of tourists taking pictures; they were lolligaggin in front of me obviously taking pics several times. Gems inside the cases were very dusty, and artifacts out of any case were even worse. As much money as the museum makes, hire a few housekeepers to ensure artifacts are dusted.

Disappointed
Patti_D
, Jul 2022
Disappointed that I used your company. Your website gave me the impression that I had to purchase separate tickets for the body world exhibit. When I arrived, J was told this exhibit was part of my general admission cost. I pretty much paid for Body World twice. Wasn’t very happy about that at all

Two thumbs up for Viator
Sohail_V
, Jul 2022
I saved significant money by purchasing my tickets via Viator instead of the box office at the museum. It took me only a few minutes to purchase tickets from Virator and the process was very easy, quick, and user friendly. Thank you so very much

Money pit
Ilija_R

Nothing for younger children. Money pit. They nickel and dime you for everything. If you like to see all that is available ticket will be about $65 per person and not as advertised. Not very interactive place.

One of the best

The museum’s Dinosaur exhibit is one of the best. It rivals the museum of natural history in Mew York.
