For check in, our office is inside of the ferry station, at the commercial port of Palau, boxes 4 and 5. There is nearby parking in Via Fonte Vecchia (cost 1€ per hour and accepts only coins) Check in opens at 9am and closes at 10:15am.

- Please note: Due to heavy traffic in Palau, it is advised that you allot plenty of time to arrive and park. The parking area is in Via Fonte Vecchia. Parking is €1 per hour and the machine accepts only coins

Beautiful islands, boat itself is very crowded

Well priced excursion stopping by some very beautiful beaches with the most amazing water! However the boat itself (which you do spend a lot of time on) is very crowded with little personal space. You are competing with hoards of people to get a good seat, as well as having to line up to get on/off the boat as well as lining up for activities such as swimming.
There was no food available on the boat (I wished they signposted this in the description better) and no bar/restaurant facilities on some of the stops on the islands, so please come prepared with your own food and drinks. I was starving until 4pm!
Although the stops and the places this tour takes you on are great, if you could afford it, I would suggest going with a different company for a more private and intimate experience.

Overall nice experience. The boat is big enough to handle several people but can get a bit crowded sometimes (regarding the Covid period). We boarded at around 9 - 9:30 and the boat left at 10:30 from the port. We had the 2nd itinerary so the last stop was in a very beautiful golf with fishes where we swam.
The beaches are wonderful, and the time spent on them is enough to enjoy each stop, around 1 hour - 2 hours on each beach, 15 - 30 minutes for the boat stops.
Don't buy the sandwich, it's one of the worst things i eat, 2 old slices of bread, 1 ham 1 cheese and that's it. It costs 5 euros and it just breaks the experience. You are better of removing it from the offer entirely.
On the other hand, the pancakes are good.
Other minus is the bad quality of the sound on the boat, I didn't understand anything the guide said because the sound was coming only from the front of the boat and there was a lot of noise.

Well organised tour with good communication beforehand so we knew exactly where we needed to meet the boat and where to park. A beautiful day. The islands are truly stunning. Beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Swim stop at the Bay of Madonna was fun. Friendly staff on board. Commentary in 3 languages. Adequate time spent at each spot. We did itinerary 1. We got lunch on board. We are vegan so were pleased there was a veg cous cous option which was lovely. The crew kept reinforcing the rules re using masks when not able to socially distance. Most passengers paid attention to this.

If your looking for a party boat then this is the tour for you.
I booked this tour thinking it was going to be a family-friendly boat experience and this was not the case at all.
Viator will not provide a refund or any payment adjustment.
I DO NOT recommend this tour if your looking for a pleasant family friendly boating experience.

The area itself is just fantastic, as well as stops areas! But logistics could be way better. The boat is exactly as on photos - comfortably small, cosy and new. However in our case operator merged two boats together after the first stop - it resulted in tons of people on board and absolutely no place to chill comfortably. Also, crew allows to smoke on board - and this is totally weird when enjoying such a wonderful nature. Food is fine, but in order to get a real sea food, you will need to pay extra.

This tour was fantastic !!! The trip around the islands and the stops to some beaches was amazing. The water is stupendous: so crystal clear and clean as far as the eye can see. The deck hands were great and helpful. The meal on the boat was great made from the fresh seafood that is so readily available. It would have been nice to at least have one drink included with the meal and the rest available for purchase as required. The water stops along the way were great too, including the natural aquarium of Caprera. It was just beautiful and peaceful to be in the water in such a naturally beautiful setting. This tour is highly recommended and should not be missed. It's a TO DO!!

The tour through the the archipelago is wonderful and stops at 2 beaches, the natural pools and the village of La Madallena. The only point that could be better was the lunch. It is a somewhat uninteresting pasta with tomato and shrimp served on plastic dishes and on a crowded table. However, the overall experience is great.

Great beaches! Crew was very friendly and helpful, boat was a little crowded but overall great value for money. Get to Palau early because it is hard to find a park and there is traffic getting in. The boat is actually a few mins walk from the car park and we had to call the tour guide twice for directions - so it might be helpful if the website could have a little map on when the boat will be in Palau. Also they leave right on time so don't be late hence get to Palau early.
