Unreasonable Refund/Change Policies

On the day of, we accidentally booked the wrong tour time online (the system glitched) and tried to change it immediately, but with your no refund or change policy, we couldn’t afford to book it again. We tried so hard to get to the bus at the time the tickets said, but we knew we had a conflict at that time and it would be tricky. We parked in all day parking and ran four blocks. The driver had called us and said he would wait but he didn’t. It was the last tour of the day and my friend leaves LA today. We are beyond disappointed. She really wanted to see the celebrity homes and now we are out $35 each fir nothing.

For the last tour of the day we usually wait a reasonable amount of time for late arrivals but not more than 20 minutes as in your case. You still can reuse your expired voucher at a future date. Contact us to reschedule.

Seeing the celebrity houses was quite cool but we saw beverly hills only for about 10 minutes, wish we drove through it and not just by it. Tour guide was a friendly and knowledgeable, something to put on your to do list if you want a quick small tour instead of walking yourself

Tommy was our tour guide and he blew our expectations out of the water! Very knowledgeable, but also very hilarious. It was a nice outing with our family and I def recommend. Side note: we’re local to LA county and have never taken a tour, I think it’s fun for both locals and visitors.

It was so much fun to see the area and here stories of places used in films, where celebrities past and present lived, and even spotting a celebrity! Our driver was super nice and very knowledgeable! Wish we had a few more stops for pictures, but no complaints!

Was expecting a open air Mercedes’ mini van got a older ford stretch van with openings in the ceiling Was expecting a movie star home tour but got more info about a story about Starbucks letters changing from green to white and being told if you want to know who lives there just goggle it from our driver. Definitely not worth the money Have done numerous trips through Viator and this was by far the worse Not recommended
