I’ve booked a nice and modern catamaran like it was advertised but instead of this an normal ferry arrived, even if the view was amazing but the first impression was completely destroyed!!!

This is essentially a ferry, but it's great, truly. It really isn't a tour, just a ride across the lake and back. It's stunning. Amazing views, wonderful to be out on the water, great vessel, and easy to find and board and get to/from the pier. The ticket gets scanned on the Boat so no need to go to the booths in front of the train station. Also, Lucerne/Luzern is incredible and this is a great thing to do while you're there!

There was no catamaran. We didn’t know that until the boat showed up and the crew member says “sorry there is not catamaran today”. it was sold to us as a catamaran tour with English. Instead we got a ferry boat that went to another stop on the lake and retuned back. With no tour commentary or anything at all..

We are sorry that you didn't like the tour. There are some days that our boats or catamarans have an unexpected tecnical issue which we have to resolve. Thats's why we sometimes have to change the type of boat. Our cataman tour is not with commentary on board, not to be confused with our panoramic sightseeing cruise which includes commentary in different languages.

What an overwhelming, breathtaking view and amazing catamaran, we barely felt we were in the water.
On the other hand, they let the catamaran and the view speak for itself but they didn’t add anything memorable to the experience, so on my opinion, they could improve that. Nonetheless, the experience it’s still worth doing it.

was literally just a ferry across the lake. not worth your money. there were no drinks on board and only a vending machine for food.

Nous avons l’impression de nous être faits avoir. Pas de guide en francais, alors que la publicité le promettait. De plus nous avons payé 25.- le billet aller-retour vendu sur internet, alors que le prix réel (avec abonnement demi-tarif) est de 18.- et des poussières. Je dois dire que je suis assez fâché. Très mauvaise expérience.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience. Sur le premier point concernant l'audioguide, vous avez raison. Nous avons dû changer du bateau au pied levé en octobre. Nous tenons à nous en excuser.
Toutefois, le prix est correct sans la carte demi-tarif et la moitié avec la carte demi-tarif. C'est ainsi qu'il est annoncé. Il serait agréable de vous accueillir à nouveau à bord.
