Signage was lacking. We couldn’t find a stop for almost an hour. They did respond to my message after we had walked to another stop. The driver didn’t seem to know what was going on. Didn’t offer us headphones.

Dear Sirs/Madam, Not only have these times changed. The driver abandoned us and left the bus 15th of May around 14.30pm ,as we were told by Police we could not go up the Hill. This is outrageous behaviour leaving customers stranded in the middle of nowhere. We will not be going back to Lyon and more importantly not using this excursion ever again? Utterly disappointed , Louise and Paul England.

Top! Really nice tour and the infos via headphones interesting. With this tour (green line) you’’ll get a good overview of the city. The blue line is also interesting. Do the green line first. (2 hours) If you want to learn a bit more about Lyon the blue line (1 hour)is perfect.

Informative bus tour with lots of stops. Only one bus goes per hour which is usually fine except they didn't stick to the timetable along the way-the bus went passed our pick-up point 9mins before it's scheduled time-went by as we were walking to the stop. Also couldn't get the interactive bus App to work.

We were able to plan our day in Lyon from England before we left thanks to the map and time table on the website. All buses were punctual and the drivers helpful. Only problems were that the website said that we had to validate our ticket at 35 Place Bellecour where there was no office and this was not where we wanted to start our tour. Also there was no advance warning of an impending stop for passengers unfamiliar with Lyon. Stop no.7 did not have a Hop on hop off yellow sign.

New to the city and traveling solo, I opted for this tour to get an overview of the city and it's highlights. This was a well run tour, and I saw a lot of the area and was able to determine where I wanted to explore further. The audio in English was perfect and the tour operators and staff were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable - especially since the day was rainy, windy and cold! I would actually do this again, and maybe hop off next time! Thank you!!

The bus schedule was changed but was not communicated to customers or attendants at information center and the bus was 25-30 minutes late picking us up at the designated stops. Very unusual for me because I have used Viator several times and was always very pleased with the service.
